RankDisha may collect account and learning information such as name, mobile number, email address, role, institute or group details, exam attempts, responses, marks, attendance, doubts, uploaded files, device/session details and payment or wallet records when those features are used.
2. How We Use Information
- To provide exams, DPP, PYQ practice, study material, live classes and analytics.
- To show results, ranks, weak-topic reports and progress dashboards.
- To manage institute, teacher, admin and student access based on assigned groups and subjects.
- To secure accounts, prevent misuse and maintain device/session controls.
- To provide support, notifications and service updates.
3. Files, Images and Documents
If users upload DOCX, images, PDFs or other educational content, those files are used for import, preview, study material or question processing inside the platform. Users should only upload content they are allowed to use.
4. Payments
Payment information may be processed through third-party payment providers. RankDisha does not intentionally store full card or sensitive banking credentials on the portal.
5. Sharing of Information
We do not sell personal data. Information may be visible to authorized roles such as admins, teachers, institute owners or parents where the product feature requires it. We may share limited data with service providers for hosting, payment, communication or security.
6. Data Security
RankDisha uses HTTPS, authenticated access and role-based controls. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so users should keep passwords private and logout from shared devices.
7. Data Retention and Deletion
Educational records may be retained as long as the account, institute subscription or legal/business requirement continues. For deletion requests, contact support with your registered mobile/email and role.
8. Children and Students
RankDisha is an educational platform. Student accounts may be created or managed by institutes, parents or authorized administrators. Guardians or institutes may contact us for data questions related to student accounts.
